Connect your AI
Back to dashboardLet the AI you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Muse) be your daily health companion: it runs your check-ins and logs them to Rapha, and reads you Rapha's cited insights.
Pick your AI
One tap does as much as each app allows. Claude opens with Rapha already filled in; for the others we copy the address and open the right settings page.
Your data goes to that company. Whatever your AI reads from Rapha is sent to the company that runs it (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or Meta) under their terms, and isn't covered by Rapha's protections. You choose what it may read or log when you sign in, and you can revoke it below. Privacy policy
1. Your Rapha connector address
Paste this into your AI app's "custom connector" (MCP) settings. You'll sign in to Rapha and choose what it may do.
https://rapha-health-app.vercel.app/mcp2. Or add it by hand
We checked these steps against each company's own help pages on 26 September 2026. Menu names move; if one differs, look for "Connectors" in the app's settings.
Claude Checked against Anthropic's docs
- On claude.ai, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Rapha Health, paste the address above, and select Add.
- Select Connect. Sign in to Rapha with Google, choose Read and/or Log, and select Allow.
- In a chat, turn Rapha on from the tools menu. Paste the instructions (step 3) into a Project's instructions so every chat uses them.
Any paid plan; the free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors first. Once connected on the web, it's also in the Claude desktop and mobile apps.
ChatGPT Checked against OpenAI's docs
- On chatgpt.com (web), open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, select +, name it Rapha Health, paste the address above as the server URL, choose OAuth, and create it.
- Sign in to Rapha with Google when asked, choose what it may do, and select Allow.
- In a chat, pick Rapha from the + menu (Developer mode). Paste the instructions (step 3) into Settings → Personalization → Custom instructions or a Project's instructions.
Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web.
Grok Checked against xAI's docs
- Go to grok.com/connectors and select New Connector → Custom.
- Paste the address above, name it Rapha Health, and save.
- Sign in to Rapha with Google when asked, choose what it may do, and select Allow.
- Paste the instructions (step 3) into Grok's custom instructions for your chats.
xAI's docs name Grok Business and Enterprise, where an admin provisions connectors first; reports say SuperGrok has them too.
Muse (Meta) Untested
- In a Muse chat (muse.ai or the Muse app), ask it to create a custom connector named Rapha Health and give it the address above.
- Sign in to Rapha with Google when asked, choose what it may do, and select Allow.
- Paste the instructions (step 3) into the chat, or ask Muse to remember them.
Meta's help page says you ask Muse to create custom connectors in a chat, and Meta doesn't review them. It doesn't say how they sign in to other services, so we haven't confirmed these steps.
3. Give your AI Rapha's instructions
This tells your AI how to be a good companion: run check-ins, log to Rapha, read Rapha's insights word for word, never give doses or diagnoses, and send you to 911 in an emergency.

For developers: Cursor and VS Code
Install Rapha as an MCP server in your editor. It signs you in to Rapha the same way.
