SMS check-ins: how opt-in works
Rapha HealthRapha Health daily check-ins, run by Alexander Gouyet (sole proprietor). Last updated 26 September 2026.
Where people opt in
Only people who use the Rapha Health app can opt in, and only for their own number. After signing in, they open Settings > Phone, enter their mobile number and see the form below. Opting in is never required to use the app. This is a copy of that form for reference; it doesn't submit anything.
The box starts unchecked, and Send code stays disabled until it is checked. Entering the code confirms the number and turns check-ins on. We save the consent wording and the time.
What we send
- Once, right after you confirm your number: "Rapha Health: you're set for daily check-ins. Save this contact so our texts and calls show as Rapha Health. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." with Rapha Health's contact card attached (a picture message).
- If you haven't checked in: "Rapha Health: Morning, Alex. Energy today, 1 to 5? Reply with a number." Then up to two more short questions (sleep, digestion), and a link to the app.
- At most a few texts and one automated AI reminder call a day, only between 8 am and 9 pm your time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end texts and calls, START to turn them back on, HELP for help, or email alexandergouyet@gmail.com.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms.
