What Rapha is

Rapha Health helps you read your own lab reports, track symptoms, wearables and your practitioner's protocol, and see cited explanations. It is an information tool for you and your practitioner.

Not medical advice

• Rapha does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a licensed practitioner.
• Protocols shown in Rapha come from your practitioner, who approves them. Rapha does not set doses.
• Explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with your practitioner.
• In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Rapha can't help with emergencies.

Your account and your data

• You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
• Upload only your own reports, or reports you have the right to share.
• Your data stays yours. You can export it or delete it in Settings at any time. See the privacy policy.

Connecting your own AI

• If you connect an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta AI or another), you choose what it may read and log.
• That AI is run by another company under its own terms. Rapha does not control what it says or does with what it reads. Rapha's own insights and explanations are the ones Rapha stands behind.
• You can disconnect it in Settings → Connected AI agents at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's data, overload the service, or get around its limits or safety checks. We may suspend access that does.

SMS Terms

Program: Rapha Health daily check-ins, run by Alexander Gouyet (sole proprietor). If you add and confirm your mobile number in the app, we text you short check-in questions (for example, "Energy today, 1 to 5? Reply with a number.") when you haven't checked in, and may place one automated AI reminder call a day.

Frequency: message frequency varies; at most a few texts and one call a day, only between 8 am and 9 pm your time. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text to stop texts and calls. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to turn them back on. You can also turn them off in Settings, or say "stop calling" on a call. Help: reply HELP, or email alexandergouyet@gmail.com.

Agreeing to texts and calls is never required to use Rapha. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and replies: Privacy Policy.

The service

Rapha is an early product, provided as is. Features may change or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from what the app shows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
