Demo data

Which data the dashboard and the chat use. Same switch as "Demo data" at the top of the page. Your own check-ins, adherence taps and chats are always saved to your account.

Time zone

Reminders and quiet hours use this time zone.

Quiet hours

No reminders between these times. Leave both empty to allow reminders at any hour.

Notifications

Check-in reminders come as a notification from the Rapha app. Texts and calls are set up below.

Phone check-ins

If you miss a check-in, Rapha can text you one quick question at a time, and later call you with its AI assistant. Add your mobile number to turn this on.

Forward lab results by email

Your private address for lab PDFs and photos. Forward results from your own inbox, or give it to your practitioner. Every report waits in your review list: nothing is saved until you confirm it. Test and sample files only for now.

Find old results in your email

Rapha searches Gmail only for messages from labs (Genova, Diagnostic Solutions, Labcorp, Quest and others) that have a PDF or photo attached, and shows you what it found. Nothing is imported until you approve it. How Gmail access works

Chat review

Off unless you turn it on. If on, the Rapha team may read your chats with the assistant to improve answers. Reviewers see a pseudonym, not your name or email. Chats aren't shared outside the team.

Who has seen my data

Every time someone on the Rapha team or your practitioner opens or changes your data, it's recorded here.

Connected AI agents

AI apps you've allowed to read your Rapha data and log check-ins for you. What they read goes to that company and isn't covered by Rapha's protections. Revoking stops access right away.

Intake answers

What you told us at sign-up. Editing doesn't change your symptom history.

Your data

The export is a JSON file with every record tied to your account, plus links to any files you uploaded.

Delete my account and data

Permanently deletes your profile, intake answers, symptom log, chat history, uploaded files and sign-in. This can't be undone.
