Add lab reports
How to download your results
Most portals let you save each result as a PDF. Save as many as you like, then drop them all here at once: we read them in parallel and skip any file you've already added.
- Sign in at myquest.questdiagnostics.com and open Test Results.
- Only see the last year? Click Find my historical Quest results. Quest adds results back to 2010 within 24 to 48 hours.
- Click the menu icon next to a result and choose Download PDF (or open it, click the print/download icon and pick Standard).
- Repeat for each date, then drop all the PDFs here together. On a phone, the website works better than the app for this.
- Sign in at patient.labcorp.com or in the MyLabcorp app (it replaced the Labcorp Patient app; same login).
- Choose Results (in the app: View Results). Results go back to 2011.
- Open a result and choose Download Your Official Report (the same PDF your doctor gets). In the app, tap the download icon, then Share → Save to Files.
- Repeat for each date, then drop all the PDFs here together.
- Sign in to the portal your practitioner or hospital uses (for example Rupa Health, Fullscript, Practice Better or Epic MyChart).
- Find Test Results, Results or Documents. In MyChart: open a result, choose Compare result trends, then Download.
- Download each report's PDF. If there's only a web view, print it and choose Save as PDF, or take a clear, flat photo of each page.
- No download option? Ask the office to email you the PDFs, then drop them here.
Results arrive by email? Forward them to your private address instead: Settings → Forward lab results by email.
Steps checked against Quest, Labcorp and MyChart help pages on 26 Sep 2026; portals change, so the labels may differ slightly.
1. Add your files
Drop PDFs or photos of printed reports here, as many as you have (JPEG, PNG, WebP; up to 20 MB each).
2. Review
Nothing is saved until you confirm it. Reports marked ready had every value found in the file's own text with high confidence; you can confirm those together. Open the others to check the flagged values.
Confirm these values
Fix anything Claude misread, delete rows you don't want, then confirm. Only confirmed values are used in your write-ups and chat.

"We think this is" links a row to the same marker on your other reports, so it shows up in that marker's history. Change it if it's wrong (type to search, or clear it for "none of these"); we'll remember your choice for this label. Tests Rapha has no write-up for are named with their standard LOINC name.
